OUR SUSTAINABILITY

Regenerate Talent is in the process of becoming a carbon-negative business.

We have also submitted our B Corp Self Assessment and are working towards certification.

Our current sustainability initiatives include:

  • Procuring electricity in alignment with Greenpeace’s Green Electricity Guide

  • Encouraging employees to select Super Funds free of fossil fuel investments

  • Minimising essential air and vehicle travel and transitioning to EV

  • Preferencing personal and public transport, working remotely, and staying local

  • Minimising our plastic waste and water use, providing employees with keep cups, and operating paperless.

Giving Back

We donate a percentage of annual company profit to a nominated charity at the end of each financial year. We also provide team members two volunteer days annually to support an environmental or social cause of their choice. 

Regenerate Talent is selective in choosing which clients we partner with and requires each to engage with UN Sustainable Development Goal actions in multiple ways. Equally, we treat our impact with ongoing importance and will continue to assess how we can contribute more to environmental and social improvement.
